Ted and Pete took great care of me during the purchase of my "new" 2010 F250! They were both very helpful , professional and courteous throughout and I would definitely recommend Ray Varner Ford to anyone considering buying a new or used vehicle. WOW! Just a great dealership from Sales, Parts and the Service Department. The Quick Lane is just that, get you in and out for minor services. John Miller, service manager, goes out of his way to insure complete satisfaction of their customers. JP is just a great Service Advisor and kept me well informed on the status of my vehicle. Ray Varner meets and greets practically everyone that comes thru the door. See if you get that from a GM at another store. This is a family oriented dealership with NO pressure to buy anything. I highly recommend Ray Varner Ford for all your automobile needs.  For Sales ask for Robert or Lou!!!

Don't waste time at the other ford dealerships, I promise you if you let these guys know you really want a vehicle they will make it happen if it's possible. I went to ted russell, Morristown ford etc. Got the run around like crazy over rebates, msrp, blah blah so I drove 40 miles to get here agreeing to give up after this place and these guys got down to business and not only got me a truck better than I was trying for cheaper they were so laid back about it I forgot I was buying a truck. I wasted so maNY days and this took 2 hours or less with 0 pressure 0 games. They truly believe it's about moving vehicles in volume instead of getting rich off each one and most importantly they are the last family owned dealership that still knows customer experience is the most important.. thanks Travis, Mike and Ray.

I was traveling through Clinton, Tennessee on vacation and my car started having problems. I took it to their service station and they promptly took it in and checked everything over before sending me on my way. The service staff was beyond kind and helpful. Mark went above and beyond to make sure that I could enjoy the rest of my trip and make it home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the area.
